Our luxury hotel bed sheets, including flat sheets & fitted sheets, can be made of different fabrics, namely, 180TC plain percales, 200TC plain percale, 220TC stripe, 250TC stripe, 250TC plain sateen, 300TC stripe, 300TC plain sateen, 330TC stripe, 400TC plain sateen or more. Hotel bed sheets' sizes tips:
1) on flat sheets: each hotel flat sheet has roughly 35-40 cm drops around on the mattress, so we add 70-80 cm in the length and width to the mattress size. eg, if the mattress size is 100*200cm, the size for the hotel flat sheet will be 180*280cm.                                                                                                             
2) on hotel fitted sheets: the width and length of the hotel fitted sheets are the same with those of the mattress, the depth of hotel fitted sheet (skirt part/wall part) is 4" longer than the thickness of the mattress. eg.: if the mattress size is 54"*80" + 11", the hotel fitted sheet size will be 54"*80" + 15";
　

	hotel flat sheets 01 (striped pattern---most popular pattern)   1) fabric thread counts: 220TC, 250TC, 300TC, 330TC, 400TC or more..., fabric weight from 125GSM to 150GSM; 2) workmanship: 2" top hem & 1" bottom hem on flat sheets, stitched with different colors' threads to differ king, queen, full/double, twin/single sizes. 	hotel flat sheets 02 (plain percale pattern---most economical pattern)  1) fabric thread counts: 180TC, 200TC, fabric weight around120GSM; most economical, widely used in 3-star hotels, motels, spas, clubs... 2) workmanship: 2cm hem at top & bottom, 1 cm hem at two sides;  3) packing: bulk pack or packed as hotel bed sheets sets (one set per poly bag)     Packing reference of 200TC king flat sheets (280*280cm):       20 PCS/CTN, carton size:70*35*25cm=0.061CBM, G.W.: 21KGS/CTN;
	hotel flat sheets 03 (plain sateen pattern---most luxury pattern)  1) fabric thread counts: 250TC, 300TC, 400TC fabric weight 130--150GSM; most luxury, widely used in 4-star hotels, 5-star hotels... 2) workmanship: 2cm hem at top & bottom, 1 cm hem at two sides;  3) one sateen sheet sets can include: one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, one duvet cover & two pillow cases. 	hotel fitted sheets 01 (plain percale pattern, stripe pattern, or sateen pattern):  1) fabric thread counts: 180TC plain percales, 200TC plain percale, 220TC stripe, 250TC stripe, 250TC plain sateen, 300TC stripe, 300TC plain sateen... 2) workmanship: with around 13"-15"(33--37cm) wall/skirt part around the mattress,     with elastics all around, or with elastics at 4 corners;  3) not sure about your hotel fitted sheets sizes?
