2) to strengthen the edges of down items, we can make double stitched and self-corded edges (piping edges);  
3) fabric used for AGL hotel feather/down duvets & feather/down pillows: 233TC 100% C down-proof fabric. The high density/thickness construction can prevent the feather/down coming out strictly;  To protect from water, oil, dirt or stain, all the casing fabric can be Telflon treated (water & oiled repellent, stain resistant) ;

We can also make the hotel duvets and hotel pillows with synthetic polyester fiber filling. Kindly please note:     
1). fillings: for synthetic hotel duvets: 200GSM, 300GSM silk-like synthetic polyester filling;for synthetic pillows: four hollow hole synthetic polyester fiber (touches harder), down-like synthetic polyester fiber (touches softer--more like filled with e duck down); please read filling details below:                                                           
2) fabric: for synthetic hotel duvets: 186TC, 200TC, 205TC fabric or other higher options;                                     for synthetic hotel pillows: 186TC, 200TC, 205TC, 233TC fabrics;

	hotel down duvets, down comforter  1) filling: 200GSM filling, 50% white duck down & 50% white duck feather; stitched through with baffle box (box size approximately 25*25cm) 2) casing fabric: 100% cotton, 233 thread count, 40S*40S, down/mite proof twill fabric, white or other solid color available, with or without Telflon treatment. 3) size: 170 W*235cm L, weight: 2000 grams per PEC 4)  piping edges with internal double stitching.To tie up with the duvet covers easily, we can make the feather/down duvets with a loop, a button, or a group of tie strings
	hotel down pillows, feather pillows 1) filling: 50% white duck down & 50% duck goose feather; outer filling: 50% white duck down 500grams, inner filling: 5% white duck down 1000grams 2) casing fabric: 100% cotton, 230 thread count, 40S*40S, down/mite proof twill fabric, with Telflon treatment  (water & oiled repellent, stain resistant) ; 3) size: 50*80cm, total weight: 1700 grams per PEC 4) edges double stitched with pink piping to enforce the down inside;
