Nikki Beach Hotels and Resorts Selects Xn Hotel Systems for Online Xn GlobalRES Distribution Platform

Xn Hotel Systems, developer and provider of Xn globalRES, announced today that Nikki Beach Hotels and Resorts, operator of five star luxury boutique hotels and resorts, has selected Xn globalRES as their distribution platform. Xn globalRES connects Nikki Beach Hotels and Resorts' properties to online channels including Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and third party Internet Distribution Systems (IDS) and will also provide a dynamic private label web booking engine at www.nikkibeachhotels.com. Nikki Beach Hotels and Resorts selected Xn Hotel Systems because of its global reputation with luxury hotel brands and for its track record of increasing online revenues through innovative developments. The first installation will take place in 2012 with the opening of 47 luxury villa and spa suites in Qatar.

Nikki Beach Hotels and Resorts will benefit from the Xn globalRES two-way interface to the protel Hotelsoftware Property Management System (PMS). This interface provides channel management control direct from the PMS through to GDS, IDS as well as the hotels’ own website. The two-way management of rates and availability directly from the protel PMS provides benefits which include last room inventory to all channels with automatic room type closeout from the PMS; rate parity assurance to all channels; automatic hurdle rate yielding by occupancy status; and publication and channel control direct from the PMS without the need to manage multiple third party portals.
